These are some common symptoms of contagious condition:
Active sneezing or coughing
Colored discharge from nose
A sore throat

All children are required to have a change of clothes.

LABEL everything!!!!!!!!  I cannot be responsible for lost items.  Please send your children in appropriate
clothing for the weather.  Children 2-2.5 and older will be sleeping on nap mats.  Parents are encouraged to
bring a crib sheet, small pillow, and blanket to use for nap time.

DISCIPLINE PROCEDURES
In case of disciplinary measure, I use re-direction first, and if necessary, the time-out method.  Time out is
removing the child from the situation and placing him/her by him/herself for a period of one minute for each
year of the child’s age.  Time out is not used for infant/toddlers under two years of age.

If the child has a disciplinary problem, parents will be notified so I can decide on a course of action to
correct the behavior or situation.

The daycare provider reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time for any sufficient reason,
including but not limited to late payment, late pick up, misbehavior, or unruliness of a child.  The daycare
staff will make every effort to give reasonable notice to allow parents time to obtain alternate childcare
arrangements.

You also have the right to withdrawal your child from the daycare at any time, for any reason, However you
will be responsible for paying for two weeks tuition even if your child does not attend, unless two weeks
